How do I find my custom blocks?  

So Ive downloaded some custom water blocks into my blocks > Stadium Folder but I cannot find them ingame. According to the Author a block can be found in 10-1-1-2-2, but my numbers dont go that high. I only go up to 7 on the first layoer of block folders?
