Block set or Mod for Island Environment?

I love the Island Environment. Searched everywhere for an Island Mod, or Island block set to use in TM 2020. I'm not good at creating custom blocks, (yet). I started trying to create some custom blocks for an Island Mod, and soon realized that I was in well over my head. I thought for sure there would be something available to DL. can anybody point me in the right direction, or help me to find or create a mod or blocks for the Island environment? What a great addition to TM 2020 this woud be. I could create texture mods from the TMUF textures, but there are a lot of blocks that would have to be created for it to make it work.

  I know that there is a Title Pak available in the Mania Planet version of Stadium. I don't know how to import blocks from there, without paying for that game as well. I don't even know if importing those blocks would be moraly acceptable any ways.

We convert the blocks directly using the game data, to ensure precise quality of the blocks, and structure the item generation to support various mods.

Island environment is up next, but gotta give us a little bit of time, the lack of interest, people to help, and busy things are slowing this down quite a bit.
