Typically the newest message is down the page (at least with the setting I am used to). Now, when i want to reply (not using quote), i have currently to scroll up the page to the top to see the button to reply, which is a bit annoying.

Therefore, please place the reply button also to the bottom.

Perhaps also directly add a blank reply text field with the button, you you just have to enter some text, press the button, and done :)
