Just inspired by The Sims 2 CC creators, it has neighorhood decoration with skylines and horizons, so I decided to make Vista warp background, from empty bases into beautiful horizon.

Texture Mod List

Can be used to change different horizon textures, you can download, and choose one.

Also, straighten UV version only, not compatible with the base one.
