New Platform dimension for all surfaces

Because there is no easy way to create transitions for this new angle, the transition portion of this set is a bit more fractured than a wtmt type set. It includes a bit of everything, whatever made sense and seemed to work well. But it might need some refinement in the future

To make it easier to find stuff, in the later transition folders, transitions to Flat Halfbanked and Banked are colorcoded - white being flat, gray being halfbanked and black being Banked (not Black platform)
