Effects include all vanilla TM2020 effects PLUS NoGrip, ForcedAcceleration, and Bumpers!

Comes out of the box with prepared pivot points and grid alignment! Includes pivot points for old school TMNF/TM2 Stadium style maps that use the old stadium grass height!! :D

You technincally only need one of these (minus the TrenchGroundRemover which is not on IX), but there may be instances where you need one or all of them, so here they are!
