GUIDE:

This item set contains various moving items to give your tracks snow and rain.

At the center of these items is a slowly rotating cube. This cube exists as both a reference point and also as an object you can select if you want to interact with the weather effect (deleting, selecting, etc)

around each center cube is a huge ring of the weather effect (snow or rain).

For denser weather effects, it is reccomended to layer by placing a bunch of cubes with slightly different rotations (use the arrow keys for this)

I personally find the weather effects look best at sunset/night/sunrise. They're barely visible during daytime.

UPDATE 12/14/2023:

-Added variants of all items with a small cube. Once placed, the cube is virtually impossible to find, so be mindful when placing! If you place one and need to get rid of it, your best bet is either removing occurences through the item browser or doing it somehow with an OpenPlanet plugin.
