These items decrease the depth of the water blocks in Trackmania 2020, allowing your car to go faster in shallower water. Each item comes in a variety of sizes and materials. The largest items (8x8) are designed for quick application to large pools. The ramps enable transitions between the original depth and shallower water. The darker blue/cyan/azure material is CustomPlastic, which provides more grip at the cost of reduced speed.

To add these items to your collection, extract the SplashPlatform2021 folder to your Trackmania items folder.

If you only have Trackmania 2020 installed, this folder is at:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Trackmania\Items

If you also have TrackMania United Forever installed, this folder is at:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Trackmania2020\Items

EDIT 2024-06-01: I am aware that the May 2024 Desert update has brought new textures to the sides of certain blocks, which conflict with the side surfaces of my items. Here is a screenshot to illustrate what I am talking about:

I have fixed this by publishing a new item set. That set consists of only the top surfaces of all the items in this set. Without side surfaces, there will be no more conflicts. I will leave the existing items in place so people can continue to use them if they wish. Here is a screenshot of the new SplashPlatform, without the bug:
